I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! the prices were incredibly affordable, giving great value for money. Secondly, the location was perfect, with a large area in a crowded downtown, allowing for easy access to all the attractions. Lastly, the staff were extremely attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were comfortable, with an unwelcoming bathroom and a balcony to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The strong shower was a bonus too.
All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.

Very clean&Budget one. Free mini bar. It's in the local area which can find convenient stores, market, bars&restaurants, cooking&massage school. Close to town. Rented moto is good idea.

Our family spent a weekend at a comfortable hotel in the suburbs. The connecting rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our family. We liked the cozy atmosphere of the hotel, and the complementary espresso maker in the room was a nice touch. We also appreciated the convenient location and ample parking available.
The hotel could improve in a few areas. There was only one pillow on each bed, and we would have preferred two.

The room at Napatra Hotel was spacious and beautifully decorated in soft grey and white tones. The modern ambiance made me feel right at home. The location was convenient, not too busy but still close to the main areas. The hotel provided complimentary coffee in the morning, and there was a 7-Eleven just 100 meters away. Despite the small drawback of unreliable WiFi, the overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Chiang Mai.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary minibar and coffee in the room. the hotel's location was key, being in close proximity to many attractions. the staff members were very nice and helpful.
The WiFi connection was poor and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. the pillows were flat and lacked firmness, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.
